Welcome to where to eat in Moorea!
We have been to the island twice and are obsessed. Although the resorts have great options for eats, there are so many awesome restaurants around the island. Whether it’s pizza, smoothies or an amazing view, I got you covered!!! Some of the options offer complimentary shuttle services so don’t let transportation deter you.

Carameline
The cutest little breakfast spot for delicious Polynesian coffee and pastries. They do also offer made to order breakfast but my go to was the ham and cheese quiche! So fresh no delicious. If you are staying at the Manava Resort, it’s literally across the street. We walked there 3 mornings in a row.
Rudys
Crab stuffed Parrot Fish is the chefs specialty and you will not regret it. The staff is amazing and the experience and food is great. If you don’t have a car, they do have a shuttle that will come and get you.

Moorea Beach Cafe
OMG! The views are stunning and the food is beyond phenomenal. There isn’t a bad spot to sit. Probably my fav spot to eat on the island. The drinks are strong AF! They are always changing up the menu with fresh fish options. They are supported by Veuve so sip on some bubbles and watch the sunset. You can also request a ride. My fav part was the restaurant kitty!
Allo Pizza
We stopped here between switching hotels. With very limited seating, we sat outside and enjoyed a quick tropical shower while sipping on beer and rose. The pizza was delicious too! Again a simple lunch but we love supporting the small spots. For sure get the pineapple on the pizza!!!

Toatea Creperie
Yes this a resort restaurant but the experience is so worth it. Located at the Hilton Moorea, the creperie offers savory and sweet. My fav part was the bubbles with kiwi! Included with your experience is the sting rays and sharks that swim by at night.
Iorana Smoothies
Stop here for e super fresh smoothie filled with so many yummy local fruits! They are huge so you can totally share.

Te Honu Iti
Dine with sharks and stingrays here!!! Request a table next to the bay and watch as the sun sets and the sea life comes to dine. The food is authentic island French cuisine so order the fish and ditch the meats. Ask your concierge to arrange a pick up and drop off.
Coco Beach
Sadly we never got to this place due to the weather but still go! You board a boat and enjoy lunch on a small island with local fare. I am so sad we missed it BOTH times we visited. One day…

Snack Didier
This is the perfect spot to grab lunch. Dine on poke, fried rice and shrimp while enjoying local beer and wine. They have homemade condiments and of course get a photo with the MOOREA sign.
Holy Steak House
Although I am not a fan of eating steak while surrounded by amazing seafood, Holy Steak House is the fancy steak house on the island. It’s located on top of a hill so you have beautiful views. You can also request a pick up too!

You can read more about our trip to MOOREA and plan on where to stay and what there is to do besides eat and enjoy the water!
